# Eirven Terra — START HERE

## The rule

At the start of **every work session**, and again **before starting any new milestone**, fetch this page and read the bulletin. The newest bulletin entry overrides older docs and anything you remember. If this page is unreachable, tell Preben — do not guess.

## Bulletin (newest first)

**2026-08-15 — Your tester address is claimed; web tester is ON HOLD.** `https://terra-webapp.pages.dev` now serves your branded placeholder, and the family tester hub at `https://eirven.app/tester/` shows a brand selector (before any sign-in) that already links to it. Read the new "Your tester address" section in [common/11-WEB-CHANNEL-PLAYBOOK.md](common/11-WEB-CHANNEL-PLAYBOOK.md). **Do not build the browser tester until Preben explicitly greenlights it here.** When greenlit, it ships with the full sign-in gate — never a gateless demo. This does not change your current work: bootstrap gate, then Expedition HUD phases in the preview panel.

**2026-08-15 (later) — Expedition HUD scope expanded to FULL POOL.** Preben picked everything: the entire candidate pool in [BRIEF.md](BRIEF.md) is now the Expedition HUD build, phased A→D (core instruments → navigation/survival → verified-only reference cards → utilities). Finish and report each phase before the next. Winch/recovery loads remain excluded. Bootstrap gate still comes first — no feature work before BOOTSTRAP VERIFIED.

**2026-08-15 (late) — Expedition HUD GREENLIT. Build it.** See the new "Build order" section in [BRIEF.md](BRIEF.md): compass, altitude, coordinates, GPS true speed, **plus a live pitch/roll inclinometer** (raw angles only — no safe-limit lines, no factory tilt overlays; calibrate step + mounted-phone notice required). **Sequence is non-negotiable: the bootstrap gate comes first** — `sh reference/verify-bootstrap.sh <your-app-folder>` must print BOOTSTRAP VERIFIED before any feature work. The wider candidate pool below the divider in BRIEF.md is reference only — do not build from it until Preben picks.

**2026-08-15 — Bootstrap gate is now mechanical.** A from-scratch lookalike was submitted and rejected. Building your own UI that resembles Eirven is a **bootstrap failure** — delete it. The only accepted path: extract the b48 source archive (delivered to you as a zip by Preben) and work inside that codebase. Milestone 1 acceptance = run `sh reference/verify-bootstrap.sh <your-app-folder>` and paste Preben the **full BOOTSTRAP VERIFIED output**. Screenshots alone are not acceptance evidence. **2026-08-15 — Web channel playbook added (doc 11).** Stage A reviews happen in the preview panel only — no deploys. Stage B tester page deploys to **your own Pages project only**. **NEVER deploy to the `eirven` or `eirven-webapp` projects — those are the live Porsche flagship.** Read [common/11-WEB-CHANNEL-PLAYBOOK.md](common/11-WEB-CHANNEL-PLAYBOOK.md) before any deploy.

**2026-08-15 — Terra Performance Center scope set.** Sub-tabs are **Capability + Tuning** (GPS timing dropped for Terra). Capability feature list is in your [BRIEF.md](BRIEF.md). Two items are **frozen pending Preben's decision — do not build**: winch/recovery load calculator, and the towing-remap liability declaration.

**2026-08-15 — Emissions policy current version.** Deletes available behind owner-responsibility declaration; web order form only, not in Play bundles. Docs 01/02 carry the current wording.
